If you change your mind and want to cancel your order, you have to contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. If your order has been processed and has shipped, we will not be able to offer a refund. Due to hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns.
We want all of our valuable customers to be satisfied, and we ask you to contact us with 14 days after receiving your order, may there be any problem. Please specify your order number and a brief description of the problem (error or missing items).
All digital products do not qualify for returns.
